Joining the coaching fellowship
My husband warned me: "All the people tied to the Unreasonable institute, are such positive and warmhearted people, you will be hooked". He was right.
One of them is Jane Finette, the founder of the TCFS thecoachingfellowship, an international community of coaches dedicated to helping extraordinary young women reach their full potential. She has that specific quality to make you feel appreciated. In order for her to connect with coaches all over the world, she has the perfect attitude to build a community. To welcome me at TCFS she took a full hour to get to know me via Skype and shared knowledge and inspiration.
Through her enthusiasm she gets it done that, coaches all over the world are willing to participate and donate their time pro-bono to coach young women aged 25-35 who are positively impacting the world of tomorrow. It makes me feel thrilled to coach young women who will be in the next coaching program. Jane makes you feel as if you are the most wonderful person in the world, and she mean it. And that is a major quality.
I strongly agree with Klaartje Freeke who just posted an article where she suggests that in our new economy we share our time together to reach a better world. If you are not working with clients, why not share your knowledge with others?
In the end we use our business as a force for good!
